When you visit our website, we collect information that you provide to us.  For example, when you register for a workshop or event, request visitor or relocation information, sign up for our newsletters.  The information we collect includes your name, business name, phone number, and email address.

When you request business counseling services from LEDC, you permit LEDC the use of your name and address for LEDC informational mailings. You understand that any information disclosed will be held in strict confidence. LEDC will not provide your personal information to commercial entitites.

Opt-Out of LEDC Communications

If you submit information and decide that you do not want this information to be used by LEDC, third parties, or for secondary purposes beyond the purpose for which you submit the information, you may opt-out by contacting LEDC by postal mail (PO Box 455, Morrisville, VT 05661), email, or telephone (802-888-5640). In addition, upon request to the we will provide to a visitor a summary of any personal information retained by LEDC, and the visitor may modify, correct or update their personal record, or direct their personal record be deleted from LEDC’s databases.
